Frederick W. Schoenhut
Chairman of Board, USINF

Frederick W.
Schoenhut is Principal of HonorVerus Research, a
commodity trading advisor. He is the current Chairman of
the Commodity Floor Brokers and Traders Association and
has been past Chairman of the Board of Governors of ICE
Futures US, formerly known as the former New York Board
of Trade (NYBOT), the world’s leading exchange for soft
commodities.
In September 1980, Mr. Schoenhut formed Copia Trading
Co., Ltd., a coffee futures execution firm on the
Coffee, Sugar & Cocoa Exchange (CSCE) trading floor. He
expanded that business into cocoa in 1982. He has served
as Coffee Floor Committee Chairman, Operations and
Technology Committee Chairman, as well as in various
other committee leadership posts. Mr. Schoenhut chaired
the NYBOT Relocation Committee, which was responsible
for finding the exchange a new home since its
destruction in the 9/11 terrorist attacks. In 2006, Mr.
Schoenhut was extensively involved with the successful
merger and integration NYBOT experienced with the
Intercontinental Exchange.
Among his interests, Mr. Schoenhut is a former director
of the Intercontinental Exchange Board of Directors,
Board Chairman of the United States Indian Trade
Federation; former Chairman of the United States Indian
American Chamber of Commerce Corporate Advisory Board,
he is Chairman of the Business Council for the
Dystrophic Epidermolysis Bullosa Research Association of
America. He has served as the Treasurer of the Manhattan
Chamber of Commerce. He also devotes volunteer time to a
local youth ice hockey association as President of the
Gulls Amateur Hockey Association.
Mr. Schoenhut was born in Brooklyn, New York, in 1956,
and currently resides in Oyster Bay, Long Island. He
attended Baldwin High School and later graduated from
Clarkson University in 1978 with a BS in Electrical
Engineering. He and his wife Laurie have been married
since 1985 and have four children.

KV Kumar

KV Kumar is the
Managing Partner at Kumar & Talvadkar, LLC., and the Chairman &
Chief Strategist at Business & Strategic Consultants, Int’l Inc.
He serves on the boards of several companies and was the Chief
Operating Officer of Dialysis Centers Network, LLC. Mr. Kumar
currently serves on the California District Board of Appeals for
the US Selective Service (recommended by the Governor of
California and appointed by President Barack Obama); California
State Bar Board Examiner’s Committee (appointed by the Governor
of California); Advisory Board of Hispanic 100; President of the
U.S. India Foundation; Chairman Emeritus and Member of the
Executive Board of the U.S. Indian American Chamber of Commerce;
Small Business Round Table, U.S. Department of State; and
Advisory Board of the Latino Coalition.
Mr. Kumar’s expertise includes strategic planning, policy
analysis, liaison, crisis/risk management, negotiation and
networking, building alliances with public and private sector
entities. He has wide-range of government contacts at Local,
Federal and International levels. He has a Master’s degree in
Organization Development & Planning, a Bachelor’s degree in
Economics; and a Diploma in Industrial & Production Engineering.
Formerly, Mr. Kumar was the Founding President of American
Systems International, a professional services and business
process outsourcing company. He successfully negotiated and
signed the Strategic Alliance Partnership with NELCO of the Tata
Group, India’s largest industrial and business conglomerate. Mr.
Kumar also worked at the World Bank and at the Asian Development
Bank and served as a management consultant to Dialysis Centers
Network, Church’s Chicken, The Coca Cola Company, Tru-Stop Inc,
Philipppi Investments, Jaya Inc. Tandoor Restaurant Group, EER
Systems and Bruarfoss.
Mr. Kumar served as the Founding National Chairman of the U.S.
Indian American Chamber of Commerce; Provided vision, leadership
and management from March 2003 to September 2007; Signed MOU’s
with U.S. SBA, U.S. Department of Energy, U.S. Department of
Commerce, U.S. Department of Agriculture, U.S. Department of
Transportation, U.S.
Environmental Protection Agency, Associated Chambers of Commerce
& Industry of India, Merchants Chamber of Commerce of India and
many other national and International Organizations;
Successfully held three national conventions, briefings and
receptions at the White House, the Capitol Hill and the Indian
Embassy; Several seminars, meetings and receptions with
corporations and the government agencies providing a platform
for networking, promoting entrepreneurship and developing growth
opportunities for USIACC members; and Convinced the US
Department of Transportation to recognize “Asian Indians” as a
category under Minority Business by the Office of Small and
Disadvantaged Business in September 2005, thus creating better
opportunities in obtaining government contracts. Mr. Kumar
successfully mediated and coordinated the signing of an
agreement between the U.S. Small Business Administration and the
Government of India. The Memorandum of Understanding was signed
in New Delhi in January 2007.

Kenneth A. Cutshaw, Esq.

Mr. Cutshaw has
over 30 years of experience. Currently, he is the
Executive Vice President & General Counsel of Church's
Chicken, one of the largest quick service chicken in the
world. Mr. Cutshaw joined Church's group in February 2006.
Prior to joining Church’s, Mr. Cutshaw was a partner with
Holland & Knight, LLP, practicing from Atlanta, Georgia,
representing clients from around the world. Holland &
Knight is one of the largest and most respected law firms
in the world with over 1300 lawyers and professionals
practicing from 35 global offices.
Mr. Cutshaw serves
as Honorary Consul for India in the United States. He is
an Adjunct Professor at Emory University, Georgia Tech and
Georgia State University (GSU) teaching global business to
graduate students. Cutshaw is Chairman of Advisory Board
for the Center for Global Business Leadership at GSU
created in 2003. He is a Dean, co-founder and co-owner of
Georgian-American University (GAU) (founded 2004 in
Tbilisi, Georgia). GAU is the first University in Republic
of Georgia offering a JD Law degree. He is a Principal of
Kochhar Business Services, a business Services Company
located in Delhi, India. He is a co-owner of family
enterprises operating in Tennessee and Texas. He serves as
adviser to the Bureau of International Expositions, a
treaty organization in Paris, France responsible for
sanctioning World Expositions. He serves as a Director for
the non-profit ICA (India, China, and America) Institute.
He serves on the Board of Directors of the World Law
Institute of Emory University.

Glenn Falcao

Mr. Falcao is an accomplished
executive with over twenty years of experience in the
telecom industry. Glenn is a prior venture partner with
Bessemer Venture Partners, bringing top-tier private
equity experience to the Venturepreneur team. As a Venture
Partner of Venturepreneur Partners, Glenn focuses on
creating and identifying investments in the communications
sector.
He was most
recently the Executive Vice President at Corvis
Corporation, where he was a member of the executive team
that took the company public raising over one billion
dollars and achieving a market capitalization of over
thirty billion dollars. Corvis’ IPO was one of the most
successful in the telecom sector in 2000.
Prior to joining Corvis,
Glenn had an accomplishment-rich career with Nortel
Networks, where he held a number of executive positions.
One initiative hed led was the launch and development of
Nortel’s optical business. As President of the company’s
Internet and Service Provider business, he was a key
executive in positioning the company in the Internet
Protocol sector with the specific focus of achieving
leadership in high-speed access.
In 1997, Glenn engineered
Nortel’s acquisition of Aptis Communications and played a
key role in its acquisition of Bay Networks. He currently
serves on a number of boards. Glenn received a bachelors
degree in Electrical Engineering from McGill University,
in Montreal. Mr. Falcao also served as member of executive
board of US Indian American Chamber of Commerce (USIACC).

Satish P. Shah
Treasurer

Mr. Shah has over
twenty years of experience in accounting standards, income
tax laws, IRS audits, and overall accounting and financial
management. He manages three offices in Washington DC
metropolitan area, providing accounting services,
financial planning and business planning to physicians,
dentists, IT professionals and hospitality industry. In
addition, his office provides services to small businesses
from setup, incorporation to compiling write-ups, reviews,
payroll management and accounting.
Mr. Shah has
Master’s Degree in Accounting and is a licensed Chartered
Public Accountant (India) and a CPA in Maryland.
He serves on the
boards of many business and community organizations:

Gajanan
Bhat

Mr. Bhat brings over 20 years
of experience in management and technology innovations
in software product development and delivery for
financial, telecommunication, manufacturing, healthcare,
and other industries. Mr. Bhat has a deep rooted passion
for founding and building great technology startup
companies. Prior to founding Claridyne, he was President
and CEO of TechLever Inc., a software development and
professional services company located in Silicon Valley
, CA where he led new business and technology
initiatives. Mr. Bhat has held senior engineering and
management positions conceptualizing, innovating and
successfully implementing software engineering projects
for VISA International, Mervyns, General Electric,
Helene Curtis, IMR (now CGI), EDS, Fujitsu, Clorox,
PriceWaterhouseCooper, and Data Basics Corp.
Mr. Bhat currently serves as chairman and director on the
board of Claridyne Inc. He has authored and published
several books in international markets. Mr. Bhat holds a
MS in Physics from Karnataka University, Dharawad, India
and is actively involved with organizations in India
promoting education for needy children in rural areas.

Keth Ditthavong

Keth
Ditthavong concentrates his practice in patent
preparation and prosecution as well as patent
counseling. He has drafted hundreds of patent
applications for domestic and foreign companies. Mr.
Ditthavong has spoken on numerous panels on patent law
and practice. He was formerly with the firms of Oblon,
Spivak, McClelland, Maier & Neustadt, P.C., and
McDermott, Will & Emery.
Mr. Ditthavong worked as a Senior Systems Engineer in
the area of voice and data communications with the Bell
Atlantic Corporation (now Verizon), and as a Senior
Member of Technical Staff with the MITRE Corporation.
